Strategy

The project mission is to be achieved through a dedicated project containing:

• the technological development of new thermoplastic composite materials and processes, and
• the development, design and production of so called demonstrators.

In order to realize specific thermoplastic composite materials and processes for primary aircraft structures, the TAPAS consortium focuses on a decentralized partnership with selected industrial enterprises from the Netherlands in cooperation with Airbus, for a limited period.
